Along with over 40 beautifully designed bedrooms, the hotel is also home to an elegant a 2AA Rosette restaurant and they are looking for a Sous Chef to work within their talented kitchen brigade to produce a very high level of cuisine which is all sourced locally and only the best ingredients used.
The restaurant serves up to 80 covers per service within an elegant dining room and the food is modern British with traditional classics.
As Sous Chef, you will:
- Work under a talented Head Chef within a professional kitchen
- Be working across all sections as required and as Sous Chef your role will be to liaise closely with the Head Chef and provide a link to the other chefs in the brigade, ensuring everyone is working to an exceptional standard at all times
- Be expected to have good creative flair and a real passion for your work
- Working within an experienced and very busy brigade
