Sous Chef – 1AA Rosette – Liverpool – 4 day week

A Sous Chef is required for this highly acclaimed restaurant located in the centre of the exciting and eclectic city of Liverpool.

The restaurant holds an abundance of Awards and has been recognised time and again for their commitment towards achieving the highest level of standards and service.

Its contemporary vibe emanates from the dining area and is also represented in the beautiful a la carte menu.

You will be a passionate and talented Sous Chef and you will be hard working and have the drive and determination to ensure consistency is maintained throughout the kitchen team and will be looking to obtain the highest accolades for this elite establishment.

As Sous Chef, you will:

  • Work under a talented Head Chef within a professional kitchen
  • Be working across all sections as required
  • Liaise closely with the Head Chef and provide a link to the other chefs in the brigade
  • Ensure everyone is working to an exceptional standard at all times, supporting those who need it
  • Be expected to have good creative flair and a real passion for your work and
  • Be working within an experienced and very busy brigade
