A Senior Sous Chef is required in Gloucestershire for an exceptional 2AA Rosette kitchen, working with outstanding ingredients in a beautiful countryside setting.

The kitchen is already operating to a high standard and is looking for an experienced Senior Sous Chef who can play an important role in maintaining those standards while helping to lead and develop the brigade.

You will be an experienced Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef from a quality-led kitchen, ideally with a strong 2AA Rosette background or above. You will have excellent technical ability, a genuine passion for ingredients and the confidence to lead a talented brigade while maintaining the highest standards.As Senior Sous Chef you will:
- Work closely with the Head Chef to deliver consistently exceptional food
- Help lead the kitchen team and maintain high standards across every service
- Take responsibility for the smooth running of the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence
- Ensure food quality, presentation and consistency remain at an exceptional level
- Support the training and development of the wider brigade
- Assist with ordering, stock control and kitchen organisation
- Contribute ideas around menus, dishes and the continued development of the kitchen
- Lead by example and help create a positive, professional working environment
