A Restaurant Manager / General Manager is needed for this upmarket, high volume and premium casual dining restaurant in the centre of Manchester.
The restaurant serves a large number of covers; therefore they are looking for somebody who is sharp with an eye for detail and somebody who has strong experience working in restaurants that cater for high seating capacity and somebody who has worked in high quality establishments.
They are looking for a Restaurant Manager / General Manager with a background in a similar standard of restaurants to provide leadership and inspire the front of house team.
You will need to be calm under pressure, and have a passion for excellent customer service, ensuring high standards are maintained throughout.
As Restaurant Manager / General Manager you will:
- Have a background in similar, high-end establishments and be looking to continue your career within an establishment which is striving for more
- Have a friendly and welcoming personality to ensure each guest feels welcome and receives the best dining experience
- Have experience of working within a fresh food restaurant within a management position
- Have experience of financial aspects of running a restaurant
