As Restaurant General Manager you will:
- Have excellent knowledge of food, wine and cocktails and be a real people person, able to build up good relationships with regular clientele
- Preferably have experience in setting up and promoting a brand new venture
- Possess excellent attention to detail and have a passion for the industry
- Be a hands-on restaurant and bar manager, committed to providing an excellent level of customer service
- Be proficient in the use of social media for marketing purposes as well as pushing this new brand
- Be responsible for ensuring a smooth-running operation and leading your team by example at all times
