As Pastry Chef, you will have good experience creating all manner of desserts from fresh; including ice cream, sorbets, cakes and pastries, and be able to think on your feet in a busy kitchen. You will have a high-level background and be looking to join a kitchen where you will be responsible for running the pastry section and managing the Pastry team.
Ideally you will have a luxury hotel / rosette background
You will be an enthusiastic and ambitious candidate who is passionate about pastry and be looking to join a friendly kitchen brigade where there is lots of opportunity to progress further.
