Due to its excellent location in beautiful countryside, the property is popular with weddings and private functions, and can cater for up to 150 guests.
They are looking for a dedicated Head Chef who can lead and nurture their brigade, ensuring they continue their development while implementing your high standards into their own work ethic.
You will have a stable background and be experienced in leading a professional brigade within a similar style of property.
As Head Chef you will:
