A Conference and Banqueting Assistant Manager is required for this stunning hotel located in the heart of Essex.

They have a brasserie style casual fine dining restaurant, that offers classic British and European dishes from an a la carte menu using only the finest local and seasonal produce.

As well as their restaurant, they are known for their excellent facilities for weddings and all manner of private functions due to their beautiful location.

As Conference and Banqueting Assistant Manager you will:

  • Report directly to the Conference and Banqueting Manager and the Food and Beverage Manager
  • Will assist them in the day to day running of the department ensuring that the highest of standards are achieved at all times
  • Be responsible for the conference and banqueting team including staff management, training and rotas
  • Have a professional yet friendly persona and of course be dedicated in achieving and implementing excellent customer service at all times
  • Have held a similar position within a hotel of a similar standard
