A Commis Chef / Demi Chef de Partie is required in Berkshire for one of the finest country house hotels in the UK.
This historic Hotel is situated within beautiful surroundings in Berkshire and is grandly set within its own manicured lawns and gardens and offers individually designed guest suites, a fine dining 3AA Rosettes Restaurant, elegant conference and banqueting rooms along with a luxury spa and traditional British afternoon tea lounges.
The restaurant serves excellent modern British cuisine within a luxuriously designed restaurant, and the professional and talented brigade work from a modern and airy kitchen.
Preparing the finest locally sourced produce, the Head Chef has created a stunning a la carte menu as well as a mouth watering tasting menu.
They are looking for a passionate Commis Chef / Demi Chef de Partie to join the brigade.
As Commis Chef / Demi Chef de Partie you will:
  • Be looking to move into a kitchen where you can learn all about flavours and textures and you will be taught all the modern techniques in order to produce cuisine of this standard
  • Have your NVQ’s in catering or at least 1 Year experience of working within a professional kitchen
  • Have a genuine passion for food
  • Want to move to the best kitchen in order to learn and develop and increase your knowledge to make you into the best chef you can be
This role will suit both a Commis Chef or a Demi Chef de Partie.
