Chef de Partie – 1AA Rosette – Colchester – Essex
A Chef de Partie required for a charming hotel which is home to an award winning AA Rosette restaurant which serves and all day a la carte menu, afternoon teas and offers a l fresco dining. They can also cater for small private dinners.
The hotel can offer the utmost level of training and a role which will continue to teach you the best cooking methods using modern techniques.
As Chef de Partie you will be responsible for;
Running and your own section of the kitchen
Supporting junior staff members in the brigade
Preparing mise en place
Maintaining excellent levels of hygiene within the kitchen
You must be hard working and dedicated and have at least 2 years experience of working within a professional, high level kitchen ideally to a Rosette standard. Most importantly you will have a genuine passion for food and wanting to move to the best kitchen in order to lean and develop and increase your knowledge to make you into the best chef you can be.
Candidates must be able to drive and have their own transport
