As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will:
- Support the day-to-day running of the restaurant and service periods
- Lead service alongside senior management, ensuring a seamless guest experience
- Be a visible, hands-on presence on the floor
- Build strong relationships with guests and returning clientele
- Support and motivate the front-of-house team, leading by example
- Maintain high standards of service, presentation and attention to detail
