As Junior Sous Chef you will:
- Work closely with the senior chefs to support the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Run sections confidently and assist in supervising junior members of the brigade
- Maintain exceptional standards of preparation, presentation and organisation
- Help ensure smooth and efficient service within a busy professional kitchen
- Assist with training and development of junior chefs
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and kitchen management
