As Restaurant General Manager, you’ll lead the front of house team, driving standards, service excellence and a culture of genuine hospitality.
You’ll work closely with the senior chefs and owners to ensure the entire guest experience flows seamlessly from first welcome through to final farewell.
You will have autonomy, influence and a key voice in the continued evolution of the guest journey.
They are looking for someone with a strong background in high-end or multi-rosette environments who has an eye for detail, standards and memorable guest experiences.
As Restaurant General Manager you will:
- Lead, train and mentor the front of house team to deliver exceptional guest service
- Maintain and elevate service standards across lunch, dinner and events
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient service flow
- Work closely with the Head Chef and senior kitchen team to align service and menu delivery
- Create and maintain a warm, professional and welcoming environment for all guests
- Handle reservations, guest enquiries, private dining and special requests
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, rota management and performance reviews
- Manage stock control, ordering, supplier relationships and GP / cost awareness
