You’ll run your section, contribute ideas, and be part of a kitchen that pushes for progression every single week.
Fresh produce is central to the menu, working closely with trusted suppliers and adapting dishes to reflect what is best throughout the year.
They could also consider an experienced Demi Chef de Partie for the position.
As Chef de Partie you will:
- Take full ownership of your section and maintain high standards consistently
- Support menu development and bring creative ideas when appropriate
- Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Manage stock rotation and support ordering where required
- Help train / support junior chefs within the kitchen
