As Restaurant Manager you will:

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experiences
• Lead, motivate, and manage the restaurant team, including recruitment, training, and performance management
• Maintain the highest standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and effective communication
• Monitor and manage budgets, sales, and operational costs
