The role comes with daytime hours between Monday and Friday, with some weekend days for planned events, so you will be able to maintain a healthy work life balance.

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated chef to take a key role in the brigade — someone who’s as passionate about producing great plates as they are about supporting their team and maintaining a smooth kitchen operation.
As Junior Sous Chef / Sous Chef you will:
- Support the Head Chef in the daily running of the kitchen
- Lead sections during busy service and maintaining high culinary standards
- Assist with menu development, prep, and ordering
- Ensure consistency, hygiene, and attention to detail at every stage
