As Head Chef you will:
- Have solid experience as a Head Chef within a fresh food restaurant
- Be confident managing a busy kitchen, from ordering and stock control to rota planning and GP management
- Take pride in using local, seasonal produce and sustainable ingredients
- Be hands-on, organised, and a natural team leader who inspires those around them
- Bring creativity and enthusiasm to menu development and presentation
