You will have previous experience at a minimum Junior Sous Chef level, or a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up and your background will be in fresh food restaurants.
As Junior Sous Chef you will:
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in leading the brigade.
- Supervise and mentoring junior chefs.
- Contribute creative input to seasonal menus.
- Maintain exceptional standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene.
