We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Reception Manager ready to lead a dedicated team in a tranquil countryside retreat in East Sussex.

We’re now looking for a confident and professional Reception Manager to lead the front office team and help make every guest’s arrival and departure as memorable as the stay itself.

As Reception Manager, you’ll be the welcoming face of the property, leading from the front and ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay.
You’ll oversee a small, dedicated front office team, drive high standards in guest service, and work closely with the Rooms Division and senior management teams to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the resort.
You’ll Be:
- A natural host with excellent communication and people management skills
- Experienced in a quality hotel or resort environment, ideally with exposure to golf or leisure-led operations
- Calm, confident and unflappable – even when it’s busy
- Skilled in managing rotas, training team members, and hitting guest satisfaction targets
- Familiar with PMS systems (Opera experience is a plus!)
- Able to lead by example and energise your team with positivity and professionalism
