They need a Senior Sous Chef with at least a 3AA Rosette background and cannot look below this level due to the standard of the restaurant being Michelin Star.
This role requires candidates to have a valid UK work visa or settled status.

We’re looking for a Senior Sous Chef who can lead by example in this fast-paced and thoughtful environment.
As Senior Sous Chef, you will:
- Work under a talented Head Chef within a professional kitchen
- Have a background of at least 3AA Rosettes
- Be working across all sections as required and as Senior Sous Chef your role will be to liaise closely with the Head Chef and provide a link to the other chefs in the brigade, ensuring everyone is working to an exceptional standard at all times
- Be expected to have good creative flair and a real passion for your work
- Working within an experienced and very busy brigade
