A Restaurant Manager is required in Bury, Greater Manchester for this excellent restaurant serving Mediterranean inspired cuisine using locally sourced produce.
This role requires candidates to have a valid UK work visa or settled status – no sponsorship is provided.

The interior of this restaurant is charming and beautiful in design and offers customers a lovely atmosphere to enjoy beautiful European inspired dishes created from scratch by the talented Head Chef.

You will need to be organised and passionate about food, drink and excellent service and you will be looking for an exciting role where you will have a fantastic opportunity to push this restaurant team onwards and upwards.
As Restaurant Manager you will:
- Have a solid restaurant background of working within high level establishments
- Have excellent knowledge of food and wine and be a real people person, able to build up good relationships with regular clientele
- Possess excellent attention to detail and have a passion for the industry
- Be a hands-on restaurant manager, committed to providing an excellent level of customer service
- Be responsible for ensuring a smooth-running operation and leading your team by example at all times
