A Sous Chef is required for this excellent 3AA Rosettes awarded gastro pub in beautiful Oxfordshire countryside.
This role requires candidates to have a valid UK work visa or settled status – no sponsorship is provided.
This beautiful property is a wonderful meeting of old and new, with prominent original features contrasted with modern décor and furnishings.
You must have Sous Chef experience within a 3AA Rosettes standard environment, and without this experience we unfortunately can’t consider your application.
The renowned Head Chef has a Michelin Star background and is looking to push this kitchen on to even greater things.

The kitchen is excellently equipped and is looking for a passionate Sous Chef to help ensure the smooth running of the kitchen.
As Sous Chef, you will:
- Work under a talented Head Chef within a professional kitchen
- Be working across all sections as required and as Sous Chef your role will be to liaise closely with the Head Chef and provide a link to the other chefs in the brigade, ensuring everyone is working to an exceptional standard at all times
- Be expected to have good creative flair and a real passion for your work
- Working within an experienced and very busy brigade
