A Chef de Partie is required for this award-winning fine dining restaurant located on the beautiful Isle of Skye.
This role requires candidates to have a valid UK work visa or settled status – no sponsorship is provided.
Surrounded by the jaw-dropping, rugged beauty that the Scottish isle is renowned for, this restaurant is a remarkable place to work, and the role offers live in accommodation with the role.
The restaurant provides an array of menus including seasonal a la carte menus alongside specials celebrating seasonal ingredients sourced from the amazing suppliers on the island.
Due to the rural setting of the restaurant, candidates are required to drive.

They are looking for a Chef de Partie with some experience of volume, as they do cater for events for up to 100, and ideally a minimum 1AA Rosette background.
On top of numerous benefits, the position offers the ideal candidate an excellent work life balance, with mostly daytime hours contracted.
As Chef de Partie you will:
- Be expected to work on all sections of the kitchen
- Have a great attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Have solid experience of working in a high-quality kitchen, and should be experienced in running your own section
- Be an eager Chef de Partie who is looking to settle into a role where they can develop their culinary techniques and progress within the kitchen
