A Junior Sous Chef is required for this award-winning gastro pub in Staffordshire.

Due to the level of this kitchen you will require a high level kitchen background working with fresh food to at least a 1AA Rosette standard, applicants without this background can’t be considered due to the skill level required.
The elegant interior is modern in design and the large windows create a bright, open dining room.

As a Junior Sous Chef you will:
- Be innovative and committed with a passion for excellent food, ingredients and service
- Be required to maintain high quality and consistency with a professional “can do “attitude
- Have a background working within fast-paced, fresh food kitchens
- Effectively managing and running the kitchen alongside the current Head Chef, whilst also ensuring that the kitchen meets all food safety laws
