You must have experience as Sous Chef within a fresh food kitchen, and without this experience your application unfortunately can’t be considered.

The kitchen here is overseen by a passionate Head Chef who is looking for an equally passionate Sous Chef to work alongside them in a collaborative role.
As Sous Chef you will:
- Be responsible for overseeing the kitchen and working within a professional brigade, ensuring that ongoing training and development is offered to all members of the team
- Be a creative and talented Sous Chef with exceptionally high standards who can work closely with the Head Chef to create and develop new menus
- Have the passion and ability to maintain an exceptional standard of cuisine
