As Mixologist / Cocktail Bartender you will:

Be professional, highly organised and have a friendly persona

Guest focused and ensure each guest has an enjoyable experience

Serve guests offering knowledge of the fantastic cocktail and wine menus

Help to ensure the bar is running to a high standard at all times

Produce all manner of beverages, including freshly made cocktails.

Be able to lead by example and build strong relationships with colleagues and clientele
