A Sous Chef is required for this award-winning gastro pub set in an excellent location.

This beautiful and historic property is renowned in the local area for their friendly service and excellent, classic British dishes.

All of their ingredients are sourced from the local area and are sourced from the very best suppliers to ensure dishes are brimming with fantastic produce.

They are looking for a Sous Chef who has a background in a similar environment to join the team and help in the smooth running of the kitchen.

As Sous Chef you will:

  • Be innovative and committed with a passion for excellent food, ingredients and service
  • Be required to maintain high quality and consistency with a professional “can do” attitude
  • Have a background working within high level establishments
  • Be looking to work within a kitchen where the highest level of food is produced
  • Be managing and running the kitchen alongside the current Head Chef
