As Sous Chef you will:
- Assist the Head Chef in the running of the kitchen, you will also be responsible for running the kitchen in his absence
- Work on your own section of the kitchen, supporting others members of the kitchen whilst also motivating and training them
- Be hard working and dedicated and have experience of working within a professional, high level kitchen which is to at least 2AA Rosette standard
- Be talented and have a genuine passion for food
