A Sous Chef is required in Derbyshire for this beautiful, award-winning fine dining restaurant.

The restaurant is situated in a beautiful location, and offers luxury surrounding for customers as they dine within the modern and spacious interior and enjoy contemporary British and European cuisine.

The Head Chef has an excellent background and is passionate about excellent locally sourced ingredients and is looking for a Sous Chef who shares this passion as they push for further accolades.

As Sous Chef you will:

  • Assist the Head Chef in the running of the kitchen, you will also be responsible for running the kitchen in his absence
  • Work on your own section of the kitchen, supporting others members of the kitchen whilst also motivating and training them
  • Be hard working and dedicated and have experience of working within a professional, high level kitchen which is to at least 2AA Rosette standard
  • Be talented and have a genuine passion for food
