A Chef de Partie is required for this beautiful property set in a charming town in Gloucestershire.

This gastro pub is renowned in the area for the beautiful classic British dishes on offer, with all their exceptional produce sourced locally.

The interior is beautifully designed, with a modern turn on the décor while maintaining traditional and original feel and features.

The kitchen is manned by an extremely dedicated and talented brigade and is now looking for a Chef de Partie with a fresh food background in a similar environment, to join the team.

As Chef de Partie you will:

  • Work on all sections of the kitchen as required
  • Support senior members of the kitchen brigade
  • Be given further and ongoing training to develop your skills as a chef and help you become the best chef you can be
  • Be hard working and dedicated and have experience of working within a professional, fresh food kitchen
