A Pastry Chef de Partie is required for this excellent fine dining restaurant located in a beautiful part of Lancashire.

Set in a historic and picturesque part of the country, the award-winning restaurant combines traditional character with a contemporary style to create a relaxed feel.

They are currently looking for an enthusiastic Pastry Chef de Partie with at least a 2AA Rosette background.

As Pastry Chef de Partie you will:

  • Assist in the running of the pastry section within this excellent establishment
  • Produce all manner of pastries and desserts and have an elegant and clean style to produce intricate and exquisite desserts
  • Be responsible for ensuring standards are maintained whilst training and motivating junior members of the team
  • Create all manner of desserts including ice creams, pastries and sorbets
