The restaurant serves many covers; therefore, they are looking for somebody who is sharp, with an eye for detail, and somebody who has strong experience working in restaurants that cater for high seating capacity and somebody who has led a large team in high quality establishments.

They are looking for an Operations Manager with a background in a similar standard of hospitality venues and someone with experience of overseeing multiple outlets and/or departments.
You will need to be calm under pressure, and have a passion for excellent customer service, ensuring high standards are maintained throughout.
As Operations Manager you will:
- Be uncompromising where standards are concerned
- Have a proven track record of success in a Food and Beverage Manager role within a quality driven hotel
- Focus on attention to detail and you will ensure the highest standards are maintained throughout the hotel and that guest expectations are exceeded
- Be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day management of the Food and Beverage department
- Assist in the running of the whole hotel operation to ensure all departments are achieving the standards required by the hotel
- Have a strong food and beverage background and ideally have experience of working within a luxury hotel with a fine dining restaurant
