A Bar Manager is required for this beautiful country house hotel set within idyllic and picturesque countryside of Worcestershire.

The hotel oozes luxury and charm and is a mixture of rustic and traditional rolled into one.

To be considered for this role you would need to have experience working on a bar at a managerial level leading the team along with cocktail and wine knowledge, otherwise unfortunately your application will not be taken any further due to the requirements set by the hotel.

The establishment is now looking for a Bar Manager with a background in a similar environment.

As Bar Manager you will:

• Manage the bar within this beautiful establishment where you will be offering a first-class service
• Have previous bar management experience
• Possess a strong knowledge of cocktails
• Be responsible for training, motivating and offering support to your team and ensuring each customer is offered the highest level of customer service
• Be innovative, approachable and have the ability to quickly build a strong rapport with guests and customers
• Be organised, hardworking and have an excellent appearance with a strong focus on guest requirements
