As Conference and Banqueting Manager, you will:
- Be fully responsible the day to day running of the department ensuring that the highest of standards are achieved at all times
- Be responsible for the conference and banqueting team including staff management, training and rotas
- Be taking responsibility for organising private dining, meetings and events at the hotel
- Be required to ensure that all guest expectations have been met during their meeting or event and providing amazing hospitality to their guests
- Be expected to communicate with all departments and manage the events team ensuring all standards are met with attention to detail.
