As Restaurant Manager, you will lead the front of house team, ensuring every guest receives an exceptional dining experience while maintaining the highest standards throughout service.
This is a hands-on role suited to a strong leader who enjoys being present on the floor, developing their team, and delivering service that is both polished and personable.
You will work closely with the kitchen and senior management teams to ensure seamless communication, strong operational standards, and a consistently memorable guest experience.
Duties:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of restaurant service
- Lead, train, and motivate the front of house team
- Deliver exceptional guest service at all times
- Maintain high standards of presentation and professionalism
- Support wine service and overall beverage knowledge within the team
- Manage bookings, service flow, and operational organisation
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
