You must have Supervisory experience on a luxury hotel reception, and without this your application unfortunately can’t be considered.

As Reception Supervisor you will:
- Have held a similar role within a high-level hotel
- Be involved with all day-to-day reception duties
- Ensure the smooth-running reception desk at all times, dealing with guest queries and requests efficiently
- Provide first class customer service and should be highly organised with good communication skills, both face to face and over the phone
