They are looking for a Bar Supervisor with flair and a passion for great service to join the team. For this role it is essential you have Bar Supervisory experience within a busy bar.
As Bar Supervisor you will:
- Supervise the bar within this establishment where you will be offering great, knowledgeable service
- Be responsible for training, motivating and offering support to junior team members
- Ensure each customer is offered the highest level of customer service
- Be innovative, approachable and have the ability to quickly build a strong rapport with customers
- Be organised, hardworking and have an excellent appearance with a strong focus on guest requirements
