They are looking for a passionate and talented individual who has a background in a similar standard kitchen and someone looking for a challenging and exciting role within this excellent kitchen.
The recently renovated kitchen will allow the ideal candidate to thrive in a top-end environment and you can be a part of a team that achieves accolades for excellence.
The Head Chef has an excellent background and is looking to put together a strong team in order to push for a Michelin Star.

As Pastry Chef de Partie you will:
- Be working on the Pastry section of the kitchen preparing all manner of pastries, desserts, breads and ice creams
- Be passionate, talented and hardworking and have the drive and determination to work hard to help push this kitchen on to the next level
- Have a high level background preferably to at least a 2AA Rosette standard and be committed to working consistently to high standards
This role will offer an enthusiastic Pastry Chef a fantastic opportunity to increase both knowledge of food and also will develop organisation skills.
