The restaurant serves a large number of covers; therefore, they are looking for somebody who is sharp with an eye for detail and somebody who has strong experience working in restaurants that cater for high seating capacity and somebody who has worked in high quality establishments.
They are looking for a Bar Manager with a background in a similar standard of restaurants to provide leadership and inspire the front of house team.
You will need to be calm under pressure, and have a passion for excellent customer service, ensuring high standards are maintained throughout.
As Bar Manager you will:
- Manage the bar within this busy restaurant where you will be offering a first-class service
- Have previous bar management experience
- Possess a strong knowledge of cocktails
- Be responsible for training, motivating and offering support to your team and ensuring each customer is offered the highest level of customer service
- Be innovative, approachable and have the ability to quickly build a strong rapport with guests and customers
- Be organised, hardworking and have an excellent appearance with a strong focus on guest requirements
