We’re looking for a warm, polished, and professional Receptionist to join the front-of-house team and help create unforgettable experiences in this uniquely beautiful setting.
As the first point of contact, you’ll welcome guests into a world where every detail has been considered – from the crackle of the fireplace in the lounge to the scent of fresh flowers in the lobby.
Your day will be a blend of efficiency and charm: checking guests in and out with a smile, answering questions with confidence, and helping them make the most of their stay in the Lake District – whether that’s finding the perfect walking route or recommending a cosy spot for afternoon tea.
As Receptionist you will:
- Greet every guest with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with accuracy and grace
- Provide tailored advice on local attractions, walks, and hidden gems
- Keep the reception area welcoming and immaculate
- Liaise with housekeeping, dining, and management teams to ensure guest needs are met promptly
