As Events Manager, you will oversee the planning and delivery of a wide range of events within the manor house, ensuring every occasion runs seamlessly from initial enquiry through to execution.
Working as part of a dedicated team of five, you will report directly to senior management and play a key role in maintaining the exceptional standards and personalised service the estate is known for.
This role would suit an organised, personable, and detail-focused events professional who thrives within a high-end hospitality environment and enjoys creating memorable guest experiences.
Duties:
- Coordinate and manage events from enquiry through to delivery
- Build strong relationships with clients and guests
- Liaise with all departments to ensure smooth event execution
- Oversee operational delivery on event days
- Ensure exceptional service standards throughout every event
- Support weddings, private events, and corporate functions
- Maintain strong organisation, communication, and attention to detail
The role is primarily structured around a Monday to Friday working pattern, with a mixture of daytime and later shifts across the week in line with business needs.
