As Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of your section, contributing to menu development and delivering beautifully presented plates that balance refinement with heart.

As Chef de Partie you will:
- Be responsible for working on all sections of the kitchen as required
- Be a passionate, talented and hardworking chef
