You will have previous supervisory or assistant management experience in a quality restaurant or hotel setting and understand the demands and standards of a 2AA Rosette environment.
As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in the daily running of the restaurant and ensuring consistently high standards
- Lead and motivate a talented front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service
- Support training, mentoring, and team development
- Maintain excellent communication between front and back of house
- Contribute ideas to enhance both the guest experience and operational efficiency
