You will not get a sales approach from us but you will be guaranteed to get a personalised and flexible approach based on mutual trust and the knowledge that we will be working hard to ensure you get the right candidate for your role. To put simply; we become part of your team.
We are approachable people and our passion is in making sure that you know we are doing our best for you at all times. And, as part of your team, we also take the risk with you. Every candidate has to pass your three month probation period and if they don’t we will find you somebody else free of charge.
We don’t have in-house targets as to how many CVs we send out, therefore, anyone we put forward will match the brief you have given us. We hate to be time wasters and understand the demands of time.
So, if you telephone to say “Caroline, Sophie, Lauren or Dominic, we need a chef, waitress, receptionist, general manager, restaurant manager, we are struggling” we will bend over backwards to find the right person for you.
