A Sous Chef is required in Cornwall for this charming hotel set in a beautiful location close to the Cornish coast.

The charming interior is traditional in design, offering a cosy place to stay and eat, with roaring fires creating a homely atmosphere.

The restaurant serves traditional British cuisine and the menu is seasonal therefore you will increase your knowledge by using different flavours and food combinations on each menu change.

They are looking for a Sous Chef with a background working within fresh food kitchens to join the brigade and help to oversee the smooth running of service.

As Sous Chef you will:

  • Have a full in fresh food kitchen background
  • Assist in the smooth running of the kitchen
  • Help to oversee the development of junior chefs
  • Be innovative and committed with a passion for excellent food, ingredients and service
  • Be required to maintain high quality and consistency with a professional “can do” attitude
