The kitchen team is led by a talented Head Chef who is committed to sourcing all of their produce locally and from the finest suppliers, in order to create an excellent a la carte menu that is modern British in design.
As Sous Chef you will:
- Be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen where you will manage and motivate your team
- Ensure ongoing training is offered to all members to guarantee the quality and consistency of the food
- Have solid man management and kitchen management skills in order to run this operation efficiently
- Have experience in high level establishments
- Be a creative and talented chef with exceptionally high standards who can lead their team by example and inspire them
- Have the passion and ability to maintain an exceptional standard of cuisine
