An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sous Chef to join this luxury hotel with an award winning 2AA Rosettes fine dining restaurant.
The hotel is located within beautiful surroundings and it provides a taste of luxury for guests from the beautifully appointed bedrooms through to the elegant bar and lounge areas and of course the award-winning fine dining restaurant.
Located in stunning grounds in Shropshire this hotel provides facilities for meetings, conferences, and other events.
The restaurant can serve up to 60 covers within the fine dining restaurant with a sumptuous a la carte menu focusing on local produce.
As Sous Chef you will:
·Be responsible for Assisting the Head Chef in overseeing all aspects of the kitchen and you will be managing and motivating a professional brigade, ensuring that ongoing training and development is offered to all members of the team
·Have solid man management and kitchen management skills are essential along with a stable background
·Be a creative and talented Chef with exceptionally high standards who can lead their team by example and inspire them
·Have the passion and ability to maintain an exceptional standard of cuisine and the right candidate will ideally be experienced in good fresh food and fine dining kitchens
