Sous Chef – 3 AA Rosettes – Lancashire – up to £30k
A talented Chef is required for this highly acclaimed fine dining establishment in Lancashire. The property is set within a picturesque village in the Lancashire countryside with Manchester and Liverpool only an hour’s drive away and boasts an enviable working environment.
As Sous Chef you will:
·Be innovative and committed with a passion for excellent food, ingredients and service
·Be required to maintain high quality and consistency with a professional “can do” attitude
·Have a background working within high level establishments
·Be looking to work within a kitchen where the highest level of food is produced
·Be managing and running the kitchen alongside the current Head Chef
You will have held a similar position in a comparable establishment and have solid leadership and training/mentoring qualities, a strong grasp of kitchen management and be an excellent team player.
You must be hard working and dedicated and most importantly you will have a genuine passion for food and wanting to move to the best kitchen in order to lean and develop and increase your knowledge to make you into the best chef you can be, candidates must be able to drive due to the country location.
