Sous Chef – Northamptonshire – 2AA Rosettes – Live In
A talented Sous Chef is required in Northamptonshire for this luxury hotel with 2AA Rosette fine dining Restaurant. The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a high level busy professional kitchen ideally to a Rosette standard and be creative and passionate in their cooking.
As Sous Chef you will;
Work on all sections of the kitchen as required and maintain and run your on sections
Support the Head Chef and the kitchen brigade with the day to day running of the kitchen
Maintain excellent levels of health and hygiene within the kitchen
Mentor and guide junior members of the team
If you are an enthusiastic Chef looking for a challenging role where you can develop your knowledge further then this could be the role for you. Salary will be paid depending on experience. You will be given further and ongoing training to develop your skills as a chef and help you become the best chef you can be.
