They have a 3AA Rosettes fine dining restaurant serving a la carte and tasting menus to join their talented brigade and help them continue achieving the highest of standards.
They serve a seasonally influenced menu with decadent twists put together using locally sourced British ingredients from excellent suppliers.

The role would suit either a Junior Sous Chef looking for their first step up into a Sous Chef position or a proven Sous Chef looking for their next challenge.
You will have experience in at least 3AA Rosettes kitchens.
